Yesterday I had the pleasure of photographing Social Capital Conference here in Ottawa and to say it was anything less than amazing wouldn’t do it justice.

Lara and Karen ( Wellman Wilson Consulting) did a great job of putting together their committee, speakers and round table host. Every time I turned around yesterday all I seen were smiles and learn raves about the content. There was a lot of learning done yesterday at Algonquin College.

The content that was delivered yesterday seemed to cover everyones needs. From Annie @ PhD in Parenting talking about analytics, Kat Inokai Pembleton talking about Privacy, to Anthony Wong telling us about using video onine and this was just some of the stuff that happened in the morning. Listening to Heather Greenwood Davis (@greenwooddavis) talk about her trip around the world with here family was the icing on the cake.

I also had the pleasure of meeting many new people yesterday. I had read news articles about Jordan and Brian Kent-Baas but had never met them in person until yesterday. They are both so dynamic and I can’t wait to read their blog more to keep up with what they are up to.

If you couldn’t attend this year make sure to keep an ear out (like their Facebook page so you don’t miss it) for next year I heard something about a boat and cruise! 🙂
