A Tweet Up

So as many of you have either heard me talk about or have read about twitter- I love Twitter (CLBuchananPhoto) and I’ve made some great, as we call them at our house “Twitter Friends”.  A few weeks ago Me along with a couple other girls headed to Toronto to meet a bunch of woman that we regularly tweet with (see Yummy Mummy post below).  Well last night I didn’t have to go nearly as far- I drove to Orleans (the east end of Ottawa).  There were nine twitter friends total plus one extra.  As Kellidaisy said is feels weird introducing ourselves because we know each other so well already.  We spend the better part of our nights while watching our shows tweeting with each other, or throughout the day when we need a little break from what we’re doing (LiteMochaMom), or when our car gets stolen (MrsLoulou), even when we get sick (CandaceDX). Then when we’re looking for a recipe (bitofmomsense), or need a little help when it comes to organization (Smart_Spaces) these woman are here for you.  Then, when you are just lost (Sherriemae23) there’s someone there to help you find your way.  I have come to know and care for these woman and now when I mention their names in the house my husband and kids know who I’m talking about- instantly.

I’d also like to give a huge thank you to BPOrleans she really added a lot of special touches for us and we appreciated it- a huge THANK YOU!

* My husband informed me tonight that I tweet A LOT.  So, I told him to stop following me.  His response- if I did that I’d never know what you were up to! Oh well, tweet with tomorrow ladies 😀
